You could mark RMSD as done in the $TST/$ARCH/INSTALL/APGNOT.LIS file
(a minus as the first character) and then the installation procedure will keep
going.  RMSD is probably not needed but I will try to fix it.  There seems to be some
problem with dimensions of COMMONs.  The LOG file you sent will help me, 
should I feel so inclined, to clean up some stuff in our code.  Unfortunately,
these new compilers seem inclined to warn us about all sorts of stuff that any
decent programmer should already understand..
