We recommend
            kern.sysv.shmmax=16777216
            kern.sysv.shmmin=1
            kern.sysv.shmmni=32
            kern.sysv.shmseg=8
            kern.sysv.shmall=4096
and I suspect that all of these variables are significant.  I doubt that
you will need the 32 Mbytes for shmmax and your 256 and 64 while
credible are not what we have recommended and used.  The shmall
is particularly important and you do not say what your is set to.
