If the reference antenna (REFANT) is included in DOFIT,  CALIB seems to do strange things like fail inexplicably or to derive non-0 phase solutions for antennas *not* included in DOFIT.     (Seems to happen with SOLMO='P' or 'A&P'; and happened with two different visibility files;  if the refant is not in DOFIT, then it comes up with solutions for the desired antennas only and the remaining ones have 0 phase,
as I would have expected; I was using SMODEL, although I dont think that should make any difference)
