I have one thought and have changed ANCAL to allow for
more entries.  If you run a MNJ on version 31DEC14 you will
get changed code that allows many more entries in your
table.  I suspect that this is not your problem - your table
came close to the limits but should have been safely below
the previous 2000 entry maximum.
