Things do get "fun" when a computer loses its mind. I trust you did a
CTRL-C from this.
Go to the area $RUNFIL (usually $AIPS_ROOT/RUN) and simply delete the
file named COMPloca.1.04J. It is an attempt to compress your work area
when you had some error in procedures that you attempted to compile.
That file cannot be used until those errors are corrected and it is
probably easier to just delete it.
You should be able to start up under user 163. I guess you could try
another compress, but I suspect that you have procedures in your POPS
memory that do not compile correctly although "BLEW TEMP K!" normally
appears only when you execute looping procedures that use a lot of
strings. Starting over with a RESTORE 0 right after typing the user
number may be your only choice.
