        A special routine ECALC is used to solve for gains when there
        are 2 (or 1) baselines.  It did not get the phase only
        solutions to have correct (1.0) amplitudes.  Added code to
        convert the amplitudes of the gains to 1.
        Moved to 31DEC13 this date.
