I have solved it! The gains were calculated by a special
routine whenever there was only 1 or 2 baselines in a
time sample. This happens a lot seemingly in your
data. The antenna 8 issues were samples that had
5-9 and 8-9 but no 5-8. That special subroutine did
not honor the scaling properly. It is messy so I added
code at the end to force amp = 1 when phase only was
requested.

It should be fixed in tomorrow's MNJ and I guess it should
go in both 31DEC13 and 31DEC14.

Thanks for providing such good documentation for this
issue.

Eric Greisen
