I'm sorry not to get around to this until now.

I have noticed the following - certain times for LA always have this
issue.  They should be flagged I suspect.

OV has it in spades with WEIGHTIT 0, 1, and 3 but not
WEIGHTIT=2 in either L1R or R modes.

So what should I do - the solvers make sure the data have amplitude=1
on the way in.  I could force amplitude 1 at every iteration in the gains
or i could make as bad anything that comes out more than a little way from
1 - so the general solution is "good" but certain antennas bad.

What do you suggest?
