[daip] Indxr changes in 31DEC14?

In fact, I loaded my data using MK4IN, and the file created has no MC and no IM table. The only tables I have are: HI, BS, CL, SU, AN and FQ.

If INDXR works on you Macs, should I consider reinstalling AIPS?
