The only code updates that you can get are a better
set of error messages from CALIB.  FILLM has not 
changed in a long time (the old "VLA" was turned of in 2010).

Has FILLM written more than one output file?  It has that
capability when one part of the data has a different form
than another part (i.e. different IFs, polarizations, spectral
channels).
