By the way, I see that there's a task in AIPS that will generate a CQ table - FXVLB. I've tried this and the resultant table looks the same as the one created by FITLD, except that the parameters FILTER, TIME_AV and NO_BITS are different. In the case of TIME_AV and NO_BITS all the values are zero. In contrast, they seem to be set correctly by FITLD.
