[daip] no TV window under Scientific Linux 6

Hellow help desk,
  I installed aips 31DEC13 binary version at scientific linux (Centos RHEL)
6.4
  everything works fine except TV (XAS) window is not showing up. The
TVSERV.EXE is running, but no local TV was shown either by
aips

or
aips tv=local


  While if you login to other machine, run aips there and have the
passwordless ssh enabled, the TV window (XAS) can be shown locally (at the
machine where I am using the monitor and keyboard mouse).


I wonder what I can do to solve this problem.
