[daip] Instillation Issue

Hi Kevin,

It is better to send these messages to daip at nrao.edu, where you will get the 
benefit of more than just me, and you will get an answer even if I am away.

I cannot diagnose anything from your description.  Please send your DADEVS.LIST 
and NETSP files.
