Hi Eric:

Here's an extract from PRTAB:  the rates in sec/sec vary from IF to IF by what seems at least close to the same factor as the freq. changes 
(IF freqs, according to LISTR,OPTY=SCAN are 8.39312500, 8.40112500,   8.40912500    ....  8.51312500  GHz)

FRING was run with APARM=3,0,0,0,1,2,7,0,1,0; DPARM 3,50,50,2,0; 

PRTAB output (I've just copied one entry, but others seem to all show same pattern)
