        REAL) and type 24, not the PC phase.

        Drift (or driven) scans through a source can produce in the
        SN-table gains a plot of the primary beam.  Made a version of
        SNPLT that can fit a 2nd or 4th order polynomial to such
        gains, solving for the time at the peak, the width, and the
        function.
