Ah, yes, I see that now, I forgot that after I re-downloaded the data I needed to change the name of the file.  With regards to the header, I guess it has just been entirely too long since I have worked with UV data.  It looked strange to me because I was expected a header similar to a map header.  Sorry about that; I will make sure to have more coffee before I send in tickets :)
