There were 2 bugs - the one affecting OPTYP ' ' was a simple omission of 
the SYSVEL in the radio case.  The one affect VCAL was trickier - a low 
level routine requested the date using a hollerith when it should have 
been a character string.  On the Intel 32-bit (and maybe the Mac ????) 
this produced a date of 0/0/0 while on GNU and Intel 64-bit it produced 
the correct answer.  It has been fixed as well and the bug fix moved to 
31DEC12 since that bug crept in March 2012.
