New Ticket: AIPS - task STAR

I am trying to plot some postions using the AIPS STAR funtion. When I try to make the ST file I keep getting errors. I have attached the error messages file.

Here are the coord in the .pos file I am trying to plot.

Any suggestions on how to eliminate the errors?
