New Staff Reply: TVFLG crashes

On Feb 4 I introduced a second method of making 
the grid which does whole planes in ram.  This 
allows a disk I/O pattern which is in better
agreement with modern disk systems.  Sadly, the
disk I/O "depth" did not remember to subtract BIF-1
so it ran off the work image.

Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ.
