New Ticket: TVFLG crashes

If I run TVFLG on a UV-data set which has 16 channels and 16 IFs like so:

BIF = 0; EIF =0; BCH =8; ECH =8; it works fine

If I rerun it as above but with BIF=9; EIF=9; it bombs - messages below. The data does indeed have an IF9, from the "BIF=0;EIF=0" run I can interactively select IF 9 with no issues.
Its not running out of disk space. It seems to fail whenever BIF is not either 0 or 1.
The bug seems to have been introduced somewhere between 31DEC12 and 31DEC13, as there is the 31DEC12 version runs on BIF=9,EIF=9 no problem.
