New Staff Reply: "too many records" in FITLD

There is a seldom used warning message that had too many
arguments for the number of format items.  Your DiFX SO
table has many more sources in it than actually occur in
the given data set.  Two of them have the same name.
By the time the file is done the SU table has neither of
them but the abort occurred with Intel versions.

The MNJ on 31DEC12 will fix this now and 31DEC13 will
fix with tomorrow morning's MNJ.
