New Staff Reply: SNFLG, Jump option

SNFLG jump option flags baselines which have a large
jump, not antennas.  So an SN solution that is flagged
when paired with that of antenna N1 may not be flagged
when paired with antenna N2.  Therefore, you want the
SN values to be used to update the CL table.  When the
CL table is applied to the data, the baseline with N1
will be flagged for all the time from the start of the
first cal source to the end of the second cal source -
but other baselines to those antennas may pass on through.
