New Staff Reply: TASAV NX tables

That is by design.  An NX table describes the data set - primarily
the record count within it for the start of each scan.  When tables
are saved and then perhaps copied to some other data set, that
descriptor is almost certainly wrong.  NX tables are created and
filled by almost all tasks that write a new UV data set.  If you
know of one that does not, let me know and I will upgrade it.
