You probably need to do the subarray 0 trick to the SN tables and then all subarrays will get filled in - but they have to be there first and they are not in this CL table.

Which task are you using to quantify the loss of observations?
In which step do you think I should change the subarray values to 0? I think the bottleneck (for solutions) of my process is the step 8 (fringe-fitting baseline solutions). If I change the subarrays to 0 in the SN tables resulting from BLAPP, how should I apply them? For the moment, I am using CLCAL with interpolation 'SELN'. Should I keep the same interpolation method?
