New Client Reply: incorrect Observed RA, Dec in header


Clarification:  I just realized I used version 31DEC12 to import the file with BDF2AIPS and then tested SPLIT with both 31DEC 12 and 31DEC13.  I've already deleted the BDF file so I would have to download it again to run both BDF2AIPS and SPLIT with version 31DEC13 to see if the problem still occurs. (Previously, at the AOC, I used 31DEC13 for both and the problem did not occur.)
