New Staff Reply: Strange "feature" of IMAGR wrt UV-workfiles

I have changed IMAGR to try to recognize pre-existing
files that are not its workfiles.  It is easy to
recognize images.  For UV data, workfiles are not
compressed and have only 1 Stokes.  A UV data set
that meets those two criteria will still be mistaken
for a work file.  I made this change over the weekend.
