New Staff Reply: UVPRT seems to get channel frequency wrong

Quite right - I did not test it properly.

It used the new (output from cal routines)
header and that changes the Ref pixel to match
the CHANNEL but I did a CHANNEL-RefPix when I
should have done 1-RefPix or CHANNEL-Orig(RefPix)

Fixed in tomorrow's MNJ.
