New Ticket: change in SETJY

I have noticed a possible mislabeling of the results reported by SETJY, depending on the APARM(2) setting.

For example, with APARM(2)=0, it reports:

CHAR > SETJY1: Using Perley-Butler time dep coefficients
CHAR > SETJY1: FREQ( 1) = 8.395000 GHz
CHAR > SETJY1: FREQ( 2) = 8.523000 GHz
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 1 flux = 3.2081 (Jy calcd)
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 2 flux = 3.1613 (Jy calcd)
CHAR > SETJY1: SPECINDX= -0.7665 / spectral index
CHAR > SETJY1: SPECURVE= -0.1981 0.0638 0.00 / spectral curvature
CHAR > SETJY1: Previous coefficients Perley-Butler (2010)
CHAR > SETJY1: FLUXES HAVE CHANGED since last version by <= 3.1 percent
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 1 flux = 3.3066 (Jy calcd)
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 2 flux = 3.2589 (Jy calcd)

However, if I set APARM(2)=1, it reports:

CHAR > SETJY1: Using Perley-Butler (2013) coefficients
CHAR > SETJY1: FREQ( 1) = 8.395000 GHz
CHAR > SETJY1: FREQ( 2) = 8.523000 GHz
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 1 flux = 3.3066 (Jy calcd)
CHAR > SETJY1: '0137+331=3C48 ' IF = 2 flux = 3.2589 (Jy calcd)
CHAR > SETJY1: SPECINDX= -0.7253 / spectral index
CHAR > SETJY1: SPECURVE= -0.2023 0.0540 0.00 / spectral curvature

In the latter case, what it labels the "Perley-Butler (2013) coefficients" are identical to what the previous run reported as the "Previous coefficients Perley-Butler (2010)". Are these supposed to be the same?

And in general, is APARM(2)=0 now the best choice for 3C48 data from 2010?

Lastly, I note that the help file still states "The coefficient set to be used is
selected using APARM(2), with the default giving the 2010 values."

Thanks,
Lynn Matthews
