New Client Reply: CL tables with no entries for a source

Just to be clear: the issue isn't with CLCAL - at the CLCAL stage, the user should tell it what to interpolate 
from where, and interpolating between sources is possible and often desirable.

Thje issue is in the subroutine that then takes the CL table and applies it when you ask for calibrated visibilities by setting DOCALI=1.  At that stage, it seems like (silent) interpolation between CL table entries for different sources is a dangerous thing to do.
