New Staff Reply: UVPRT - incomplete/misleading output

I have changed it to print the channel/IF frequency of the
data being printed.  This is trickier than it would seem
but we have the tools for it in use all over so no real
problem.  It no longer prints the ref frequency.

A MNJ tonight will fix this.
