        Scaled the BPARM(1) and (2) fluxes in POLC by the apparent
        beam factor which could be extreme.  Led to POLC doing
        nothing.  Fixed it to keep Clean beam area factors at 1.0 for
        those images not being read.
        Moved to patch this date.
