That cannot be unless you are telling 31DEC11 to read
the $AIPSIONS/EVLA.GAINS file.  And if you do it will
probably abort with a format error.  The only reference
to EVLA in 31DEC11 is a statement that zeros CPARM of 4
and defaults CPARM(6) for both VLA and EVLA.  31DEC12 knows 
how to read either GAINS file depending on whether it thinks
it is VLA or EVLA.  I tested by altering the AN file to say
VLA and the gains were the same in both AIPS releases.

The error is in the numbers for the gains in the EVLA.GAINS
file itself.  Bryan screwed them up and has not corrected
them in months.
