New Staff Reply: INDXR and VLA gaincurves: discrepancy  between 31DEC11 & 31DEC12

This is all on the gains file EVLA gains for EVLA data
which contain frequency dependent values.  The older
VLA gains file had no freq dependence.  I think the 
code is okay, but the gains file is not.
