New Staff Reply: INDXR ignores gaps > CPARM(1)

INDXR has to have the record numbers for the data.  If there are records that are fully flagged, they still must be counted so that things point to the correct place.  UVLOD and FITLD will delete data records that are all exactly zero.  Therefore these records must in some way not be exactly zero - Honlin has been messing with the FITS writer so who knows what it does now.  It used to flag data making them all 0.0000000 and UVLOD etc worked fine getting rid of them.

I will request a copy of this FITS file tomorrow when the analysts who prepared it are back.
