New Client Reply: Loading AIPS data in a different computer
Hi Eric,
thank you very much.
I have created a new folder (called EVN2009) in the aips DATA folder, and I have pasted there all the binary files that I had in the old AIPS_datadisk.
Then I have added a new line in DADEVS.LIST with the name of this new folder 'EVN2009':
+ /net/clavo/scratch1/invsoft1/aips-31Dec12/DATA/EVN2009
and a new disk is successfully created when I run AIPS.
However, when I load the .IDI in this disk the calibration tables are not loaded. I have basically the same problem as before...I have tried to repeat the calibration, but I get an error when loading the amplitude calibration tables (the so-called .ANTAB file):
>forrtl: severe (66): output statement overflows record, unit -5, file Internal Formatted Write
So, I cannot recover the calibrated dataset nor I can calibrate the data again.
Has it something to do with the internal format, as the message error says? Any idea of what can I do? I am using Linux (as I did in the old computer), no Mac nor Old Sun.
Cheers,
Mar
