I have changed CCNTR to be smarter about reading CC files and about plotting (2 new adverbs to limit fluxes and to allow scaling by flux). I also changed the modeling tasks to allow there to be missing CC files. Use INVER = 1,2,3 but not zero in your work and all should be okay (I hope). ERic Greisen
