[daip] AIPS install error

Dear Dr. Greisen,

Thank you very much for your comments.
I finished installing AIPS successfully.

Minor trouble occurred that AIPS_ROOT 
directry in START_AIPS was different 
with that I defined. This was easy to
be solved.
