[daip] Source correction with CLCOR

I have putbck revisions of CLCOR and FITLD.  The former defends itself 
and reports and changes in the apparent coords of > 0.01 degrees.  The 
latter in IDI always computes apparent coords and also reports any with 
changes > 0.01 deg.
