New Staff Reply: UVAVG and sort-order

Thanks - so far I have found
LNX64 with the Intel compiler is the only one that does this.
It does it twice in your data sets (task TIORD was written some
time ago for this issue).  LNX64 Intel gets different average
times from LNX64 GNU and LINUX Intel although the error causing
time is a single high time which matches the GNU and 32-bit time.
Most curious.
