[daip] curious iring problem

Eric - curious IRING problem.  I get all zeros for valid pixels on this 
image;  very similar images successful in past, but something not 
working here.  they were constructed outside of AIPS from GBT data.
Same problem on 31DEC11 at Minnesota and 31DEC12 (I assume) on alcor at AOC.
