New Staff Reply: DTSIM bug and explain information errors

DTSIM is totally unsupported at this time.  It was written
by Athol Kemball and I do not know if it ever worked correctly.
I will look at your issues with it sometime, but I am buried
and then have a vacation.  It will probably be March before I
can address this.
