New Staff Reply: FITLD ignores bif and eif

FITLD does 3 distinct operations: load FITS image
files, load FITS UV data files (random groups and
tables types), and translate correlator raw data
files (FITS-IDI format).  Many of the adverbs apply
only to this last form including BIF/EIF.  The help
file is deficient in pointing this out however.

Use VBGLU to keep all your IFs or UVCOP to drop some
depending on your actual needs.
