New Ticket: FITLD ignores bif and eif

Hi, FITLD in AIPS 31DEC11 does not honour a "bif=1;eif=1;" setting for VLBA uvfits data import. The goal is to load only the first of several IFs. An imheader after FITLD reveals that, in fact, all IFs were loaded:

To check whether just the descriptors were loaded, and the unwanted UV data is not present, one can use POSSM. Using bif=1;eif=3; indeed POSSM plots data of three IFs instead of just one.
