New Staff Reply: FITS new WCS problem

This is a curious one - I followed the math through the
subroutine that is supposed to change CD matrices into 
AIPS header parms and I do not get quite the answers 
shown.  Do note that the rotation angle is almost exactly 180
degrees which will make some things look odd.  But the
axis increment values are not right.  I need to fetch the
data but ftp is not friendly - I tried anonymous ftp and got
the following

I had to do a dir because you did not give a file name.
