[daip] Tsys table and antab file in experiments BE061

O.K., I finally downloaded your data and loaded it into aips.  I have looked at 
the TSYS in SNPLT and they all look great except for HN and OV/LCP.

For OV/LCP the TSYS are just bad and loading them from the file would be 
useless, here is a quote from the log:  "OV 7mm LCP data saturated system 
temperatures".  OV/LCP at 7mm is known to be dead.  So that is just a loss, you 
should flag that data and don't worry about the Tsys.

For HN, the TSYS are high and noisy in the TSM plots and there are no fringes to 
HN on 3C345 or SGRA on HN.  So again I think HN is a loss.  They reported this 
in the pi letter and investigated it and could not find the problem.

I talked to the analysts and they said the *cal.vlba file cannot is not designed 
to have all the IFs for Mk4C projects.
