New Staff Reply: "Buttons A/B/C/D" not functioning Linux AIPS TV

"Unix ops" suggests someone not familiar with AIPS
as a user.  The Buttons A B C D do not function in an
obvious way unless an AIPS command is reading them.
Do a TVLOAD and then a TVFIDDLE.  When the cursor and
focus are in the XAS window, then press button B and
it should zoom up a notch.  Drag the cursor around with
the left mouse button pressed and the image will
shift around.  Press button A once to enhance black and white 
or a second time to go to color.  And so forth, D exits.
