New Staff Reply: CLCAL message
CLCAL is a confusing task which usually copies a CL table to a new version
but which can use as output an existing version. To update it, CALSEL is
called to remove all selected records (potentially the full file) so that
they may be replaced with new ones. Other tasks such as CALIB and FRING
also do this. CALSEL tells what is does - but I have added a message
before the existing ones to try to clarify why the deleting message
appears ("make room for new CL data") and dropped the word "old" which
would apply in CALIB's case but not really in most CLCAL cases.
