CASA uses special algorithms that are not really Clean as we have known 
it under this terminology.  IMAGR has the multi-scale option of course 
(since 1999) and it can apply a spectral-index image while doing 
bandwidth synthesis Cleans (IN3NAME et al.)  The -mfs part in CASA is a 
polynomial fit to the spectral part that AIPS cannot do.
