New Staff Reply: TASK 'FRING': FIT DID NOT CONVERGE FOR IF N

If you are going to zero out the rate solution, you might find more solutions
by not solving for rates in the first place.  Try FRING with DPARM(9) = 1
Also look at your data from IF 6 in some detail.  Perhaps it is all poor, but
perhaps there are a few very bad samples with the rest okay.  A little editing
of the very bad samples might get solutions for the rest.
