New Ticket: Need an official AIPS id

    I'm a pre-doc student working with Dr. Jim Braatz and currently I'm relocated in NRAO c'ville, room 211. I can't use AIPS on my workstation and Dr.Braatz suggested me to get an official AIPS id.
